Hey, Wendy doodle
Many thanks for viewing my slide show of my work. I am enjoying veiwing all your creative surprises. It's inspiring and that is a really neat thing, that we can all inspire each other in some way
Just followed a link from a comment on the Main page to your 30 days of creating discussion, Wendy .. wowzers =) I kept backstepping a page to see what some of the comments were referring to, and now I know I must start at the beginning and read it through forwards ... just wanted to say how awesome it is to see the creativity connection flowing between you all who have been participating in your discussion, it's magical! I so wish more members of CCS would find the courage to ask questions and share more. Congrats on participating in your first SHOW .. hee hee!
You're an inspiring artist and I'm so glad to see you giving your "personal" art more credibility. The girl with the hair over her mouth is so intriguing, I thought for sure you were painting her with paints .. I'm so dazzled by your digital graphics abilities and again I just have to say WOWZERS! Love it! And thanks!
Thanks for your nice comment on my cactus garden, Wendy. When I sit at my computer I can glance out the window at it. You've got to create a niche for yourself, even if it's small and indoors. Your own personal space would be great to just zone out and listen to your iPod, write in a journal or doodle in a sketchbook. Keep creating!
No problem Wendy...there is a very good chance that you will need to remind me of these strategies sometime down the road...that inner critic does not give up easily LOL
These were still fresh in my mind, because I just has one fabric and two small paintings accepted for a sale/exhibit a few weeks ago...and it was not until I was there and saw them among the others...saw a few folks stick their nose into them for a closer inspection...did I really feel as if they belonged there as much as the others did. That was when I got the idea to take a photo as a solid, tangible reminder
Critic crushers must stick together :-)
Wendy, your progress on your project is fun to follow. And, don't be concerned about sharing here at CCS; if someone is bothered, they can leave the page. :-) Keep creating.
LOL!
Yeah, I think I got my "talent" from my mom and dad. We're all self-taught. He didn't show me how to do things, but I think it's in the genes... ; ) I never saw these until the date I made the layout; sometime in December of '04? Mom found them. Mom is a wonderful seamstress.
Hey Wendy!
I didn't realize we weren't friends! I wanted to share the paintings my dad did. I had to scan a spread from one of my altered books. Check out the writing! ; )
Thank you for your comment on my dolls Wendy! They are my true love. I have been making them since I was 13 or so. And, yes, everything is made by me, including the patterns. Most of my work is one-of-a-kind.
I'm having a lot of fun with your 30 day discussion! Thanks for letting me be a part of it! Isn't this the greatest group?

I am really interested in your project, please tell me how it all started!
As to my fairy tale, I would need your email address, as I can't send an attachment here.
