Lots of things have happened to change my life since I was last on CCS. For starters, I've stopped freelancing. I've burned myself out twice. I simply can't do it anymore. So I quit.

One of the biggest changes is impending and will occur in about 3 weeks. My family and I will be moving to Mississippi. We've discussed this for a while and prayed about it and the door finally opened. I hope this will be a positive move for all four of us. While I'm a wanderlust at heart, I do hope this will be our last big move because I feel the need to put down roots for our children.

Finally, I'm back to my first love...writing fiction. I truly enjoy non-fiction, but fiction is where it all began for me. It feels great to be writing stories again. :)

Hope, welcome back to CCS.

It's good to hear you're enjoying your writing, if we don't enjoy what we create it becomes a negative destructive cycle.

I wish you well with your move to Mississippi, and hopefully will see you around CCS more again...

First, congratulations to living your Life Purpose!!! This what I teach people in my Business Life Coaching firm (Stepping Stones Life Coaching). You sound like your heart and your mind are now in unison, and with that, there is nothing that you cannot do! My intuition tells me that good things are to come for you within your creative talents.

I am interested in reading some of your non-fiction, although your love appears to be fiction. Everything is happening to you as part of your master plan, and Mississippi is just another stop on your life's journey, yet the place that appears for you to reach your destiny!

Have an awesome evening!

Best,
Scott

Thanks Lin. I thought we had roots before we moved down here. :) We lived in the same town, same house for 7 years. Then we packed up and moved 2 states away. It's always felt like a "transition move" to me. I guess we'll see what's in store next! :)

Good luck with the move. Putting down roots is very important for the little ones. Looks like you are being led. Happy Holidays!
