SOLD A PAINTING

Completely out of the blue, I just sold this painting :-)

Although selling my work is definitely not my main motivation in making it, I have had it in mind that when I redo my blog in the autumn to make a new gallery or adjust my existing one to include prices so I feel doubly motivated to do this now.

I've also been planning to make myself a new avatar so I guess the time is drawing near for that as well now;-)

Feel free to garble whenever you like Detta. Always lovely to have you around. I know the feeling of trying to make a new start after so many previous incarnations - I've had more than a few myself and continute to wear several hats simultaneously (including Lin's pink one of late due to Nick's intervention LOL!)...We can't stop being the people we are so just enjoy the ride. Things will come right financially for you soon, in my experience it always does when you work from your heart...and its clear that you do! In the meantime enjoy your creative projects while you have a bit of extra time :-)

Heck wild c I am chasing my tail! Did the retreats fab - felt ultra low after I got back - I am such a needy creature! Missed the simplicity of Kef but missed creative stuff here in the UK then got going again, didn't get any takers for the sept retreat, trying to keep positive with little income coming in, feeling weird after 30 years of having different businesses not to have something tangible to go to, so up and down. Doing website and starting up some new Inspirational Dream Teams in my area which appears to be a bit of a creative wasteland where groups are concerned but going for it anyway and getting collywobbles about being successful - slightly barking comes to mind - yet happy for the most part!!! You asked I garbled - does this make sense? I am off to bed earlish tonight to catch up with sleep if I can - all in all I am feeling highly creative so am taking the small steps to keep doing stuff - have a new morning starting next friday - artful fridays drop in club that should help me and other like minded folk to create on a reg basis - thank goodness for ccs - it is my little anchor with all the beautiful creative souls urging me on - thanks wild cherry - how are you doing? x D
