Mondays and Mediation
Good morning everyone, and Happy Monday

The purpose of this activity, for me, is to decide what it is I wish to accomplish, ways that I can make today stand out from the rest, and small affirmations to allow me to think a little more positively and lightly if I am to encounter any sort of conflict. I only started…

I have been so enchanted and my heart warmed by these two blossoms as they first appeared with great panache, and am amazed how exquisitely they are changing color in these few days - I have slowed my heart and spirit down to their lifespan ... well when I am with them, or looking at these images ....
I will edit out some of the images soon, but each image here is unedited, uncropped, just focused with a deep breath ....

My trip to Malinda's CCS Retreat/Activities (image heavy)
I had a great time in Texas! I really liked Texas and Texans. Nancy (CCS Nancy) and her husband came all the way from Canada to be there too. My flight came in from Seattle about 5pm on Friday the 20th. We all had dinner outside at a Mexican restaurant. The food was really good, but the service was lousy, unfortunately. I stayed at the ranch with Malinda, her husband James, and her daughter, Clara. They have big old oak trees in the yard and a pool, hot tub, and tree house. The…

LAst evening after logging off work ... walked in my garden - birds everywhere ..ospreys have now built their nests ... ( a month early) .... looking out in the large expanse of grass of the state land behind my garden ... i heard a strange whoosh of wings - and looked up ... a purposeful flock of snowy white egrets heading from the farm where they feed every spring back to the secret marshes at the head of the Severn river ... they were barely 20 feet overhead, flying in two…
