- What's Your Favourite Way To Create?
- I cannot decide which is my favorite- in my previous lifetime I would say it was dance, but I also dabble in piano/songwriting, and poetry. At this moment, I am drawn to collaging.

- Too many to name. Martha Graham, Alvin Ailey, Judith Jamison, Bach, Dave Brubech, Phoebe Snow, Joni Mitchell, Ann Lamott.

- When I saw my own choreography being performed.

- To be able to do something creative everyday, no matter how small. To one day make a cd of my music and/or self publish some of my writing with art and photography.

This Moment
Dust bunnies on the
stairs
this temporary lodging
this resting place to find
a few more years of finding
myself
if only to become
more moons and stars
rising
to
throw away that which I don’t
need
anymore.
I am growing some newness
I am rooting
grounding in order to take
flight.
I am majik
I am wonder to myself.
I am running with wolves.
