I need to increase my VitD daily dose for the FM pain and the fatigue
let me know what you find about VitD and Mag -- I need to keep the system in balance
with both prayer and the proper nutrient suppliments

the walls are painted up to the ceiling where we 'edged' with a piece of cardboard... my mom thinks we need to finish it & we call it Done

- What's Your Favourite Way To Create?
- mixed media pieces, fiber/yarn arts, photography (stills, digitally altered and photo stroies/movies), music (more listening than playing or creating altho I'm working on doing more of both of those lately), language (I love words - in all languages - they way they create pictures and often sound like songs without even meaning too.), and food (altho please don't tell any one that I can actually cook -- they might expect it more often - LOL) also herbal, flower and totem work

- the list to way to long to even begin to try to write out here...there are so very many to choose from in so many different mediums.

Have been loving your poetry and thoughts and comments lately. I see you're going into photo journalism. I've wanted to be photojournalist my whole life but got discouraged by the professor's words "there's a lot of competition!". Curious what writing and photo classes you are taking on your way to this dream. Your aspirations have given my hope that maybe I can open up that book that I've closed and pursue it.
