Heheh. This made me smile, it is not gross. More twisted, mocking, funny. I am not going to ask where you got those teeth from, though ;-)

Great to be here ;-) I haven´t been around as much as I would like lately.

The doodle pig is so charming, Mary. You are bubbling with creativity and busy-ness these days, it is great to hear.

Yes, me too! Your photos are poetic. Rain is a lovely theme.

Dan, your theme and minimalistic writings are really inspired. I hope you don´t mind me calling them minimalistic. A little world in just six words or a haiku, amazing.

It is a gorgeous painting Lotus! Could be a nice book cover, if the size fits one of your journals or binders.

Love the face and the hair, Charlene ;-)

Hi Robyn, thanks for explaining. I like the idea of a power sculpture and of the minis returning to their home/source, perhaps to recharge before being handed on again.

HI Heidi, I was thrilled to hear (through Cherry) about your Etsy shop because your work is beautiful and needs to be shown. I popped over to look and am so impressed. Your watercolours are soft and ethereal and the pen and ink drawings have always appealed to me. Glad you decided to do this!

Hi Heidi,
Thanks for the welcome! Spirit dolls are dolls that are made with intent - my intention is healing. This doll, Lola of the Coulees, was a crone doll for my sister's 60th birthday. It reflected where we grew up in eastern Washington state, and the overall intent was to celebrate her life. When each stitch holds a healing intention, then the doll is energized to manifest those intentions. I recent made a blessing angel for a friend's wedding and was given in meditation a prayer to go on the card I made to go with it. Listening to spirit comes in many forms. The dolls themselves tell me what they want to wear.
Aloha from Peggy

Hi Heidi!!! How are you? Glad you enjoyed Mr. Quillow! Your prickly kitty pic is outrageous! I just love the whole idea and mood of this piece! Is this a sculpture that someone bought at a store or gallery? Or did you find it online? Thank you for sharing this! It makes me smile! love Camille

Opps, sorry about misidentification. I like to think of those little dolls as manifestations of inner voices...and yes they all have something to say AND in the design of their form they tend to want to be in control. Often I will have one idea in mind and another will show up with a story that surprises me, delights me and sometimes scares me it's so right on.....I say begin and see where it takes you.

Hi Heidi,

I love the concept of the fulls too, I'm on a mission to have everyone in the world in touch with their feelings and expressing them in healthy, helpful and creative ways. Hi Heidi, Sorry for not replying sooner. RSI has been bad for a couple of months and I've had to keep off the computer and even painting :-( Beginning to improve now so as Spring kicks in I should be firing on all cylinders once more! (Watch out!)
Hope all's well your end,
Hugs,
Wild Cxxx
