My trip to Malinda's CCS Retreat/Activities (image heavy)

I had a great time in Texas!  I really liked Texas and Texans.  Nancy (CCS Nancy) and her husband came all the way from Canada to be there too.  My flight came in from Seattle about 5pm on Friday the 20th.  We all had dinner outside at a Mexican restaurant.  The food was really good, but the service was lousy, unfortunately.  I stayed at the ranch with Malinda, her husband James, and her daughter, Clara.  They have big old oak trees in the yard and a pool, hot tub, and tree house.  The…

Small Victories

I'm one of the shyest people I know.  That said, I modeled fashions today in a fashion show at Seniors at the Shore at the Convention Center in Ocean Shores.  I wore two different outfits, both what I would call "old lady" clothes and would never buy for myself.  I know, I know, they were probably very fashionable with the over 50 set.  I did like the swanky handbags that went with the outfits.  I got made up by a Mary Kay representative, who picked colors I wouldn't have, but the makeup turned… Continue

Anne, I love your ideas! I don't know if folk will leave their own threads to post or not, but the year-end photos might work. ( I tried to get peeps to post pics of their ATC collections on a special thread, and was surprised to get nada !)

If you want to give it a shot, send out a message, post a thread, and see what happens, girlfriend!

Another angle: I'm looking forward to getting more creative work in 2012; maybe peeps could post their "Creative Resolutions" or "Word for the Year" in a thread. They'd enjoy that, hopefully.
