No she wasn't trying to become a body builder or anything. She just said she was an unhealthy underweight. But building muscle should solve that. Well, if you want to know more, her post is on the Healthy Living group.

I didn't realize it had a lot of fat and sugar. I would think protein powders would be these people's best bets. It certainly wasn't for me. Someone on the Healthy Living group was saying she couldn't gain weight.
