I feel better...
In effect, my surprise was due to to never having found anything from CCS, of this nature, in my mailbox before.
I'm glad Dan banned the culprit! We have to be vigilant and get rid of the spammers right away! Fortunately it doesn't happen too often here!
I got about five of those messages. I just assumed someones account had been hijacked- Like that virus that was going around elsewhere- where it would get into your addressbook and send itself out everywhere...so I just deleted and did not think o...
i get loads of spam msges. anyway, and did do 'fore even coming on CCS, it seems to just one of those things. It was so different from any other msges. I've had from CCS-people that I just presumed this fellow was on the "make". It never occurred ...
I am happy to hear you have not compromised your integrity, Dan. Sadly not everyone has the same ethics.

Yes, autumn beauty is in full swing here now! I was at a site of astronaut photos and there was a photo taken of the east coast from space where you could see the orange of the trees ... amazing!

- How about my cat, Betty Boop? She's loveable and affectionate, can't be bribed, at least not with money, and is totally uninterested in politics. Much better than my cat Trixie, she would be a real tyrant. If she doesn't get her kitty treats, it's an all out war. Thought we needed a little silliness.

What the hell is happening on Poetbay with Kathy? I commented on her announcement that she's leaving, told her to just take a break. There seems to be an undercurrent of hostility on Poetbay that I don't like. Maybe you know more about what is going on. Clue me in!

- That makes a lot of sense Nick, record the "cleanest" version of your voice or the instrument then add effects after.
In the kind of layered guitar music I used to record I'd just find the sounds first, then record it while I could still remember what all the settings on the guitar, amp and effects pedals were!

- Nick, just been listening to your music. Really like your voice, especially in the "waiting" track. Did you add the reverby effect on your voice after or is it recorded through the mic like that?
Great where the repeated lyric at the end comes in - "There's always love behind the wall / patiently waiting for us all..." - and the backing vocals start...

- just watched the race/frog/infernal being video ... I could not even be in that car, let alone be a co-driver. The RC helicopter cam was kewl though!
