- What's Your Favourite Way To Create?
- Writing novels and poetry, giving a great haircut, knitting and crochet, making collages, scrapbooking and recently I've been having fun with my new camera my best friend gave me :)

- Anne Westlund, my best friend.. she makes amazing beads and jewelry, absolutely fantastically beautiful card embroidery.. I'm currently using the COEXIST bookmark she made me.. u2's message I just adore..., she's amazing with a crochet needle, and just a fun fun person.. Brandon Hall, my son.. I admit I'm biased but he is an amazing poet and guitar player and singer.. he is always positive and fun to be around. Maya Angelou, I love her saying: "Be the change you wish to see in the world". U2, great music .. great message.. Tolkein, Lord of the Rings anyone? J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter is amazing... Diana Gabaldon, The Outlander series is seriously awesome.. Leonardo DiCaprio, great actor who stands for great causes gotta love that.. Chihully that amazing glass artist
- Greatest Creative Moment You've Had?
- Finishing my mom's sweater.. it was the first thing I ever knitted and it took me two months of nonstop knitting.. it turned out perfect. Another proud moment was when I finally "got it"... my friend had been trying to teach me to crochet all day and I almost gave up and I broke into tears I tried so hard but it finally clicked with me.. that was great.. I think the reason it was so hard for me to learn to knit and crochet because my Mom tried and tried to teach me to knit.. and I didn't "Get it".. but I'm left handed and the people trying to teach me are right handed.. so unless you're an experienced knitter and can teach left handed of course I couldn't learn.. I just didn't have the dexterity for it! And all I can say about learning to crochet from Anne was that I'm very ambitious when it comes to starting a new project.. and I would be damned if I would give up .. I mean if she could do it I could do it right? Damn skippy! I remember making the most pathetic bookmark imaginable but my mom still uses it lol :)
Omg! I forgot to post the day I finished my first novel! My best friend Anne and I had done it together.. she her book, me mine.... but together.. we were flat mates at the time and so it was easy to take the time out every day to write.. she inspired me to try something I doubt I'd ever have done on my own.. Thank you again ANNE!!!!!
- What's Your Biggest Creative Dream?
- I want to finish this cable knit sweater for my Dad I started it way back in November 2007!!!! I have put it away countless times due to exasperation.. it was a very difficult endeavor for a newbie like me to take on but I was a bonehead and wouldn't let anyone sway me into trying something easier.. so now I've finally finished the bodice and I'm three quarters done on the first sleeve.. then when I finish the sleeves I have to sew it all together and finish up the V-neck...
all I can say 'bout that is.. Dad better not die on me before I finish it.. I would feel horrible.. but okay I need to get my butt in gear and finish it.. I'm about ready to pick up the needles again but I've been heavy into collaging.. especially with the new camera Anne bought me.. it's a Samsung and so far so good! LOVE IT love it love it.. God bless you ANNE.. my HERO!
Oh and I also eventually want to get my first book published and move on to my second book but I've been shy about getting it out there .. afraid of rejection or ridicule.. my family and friends like it but I find it hard to trust them and trust myself because I don't think they'd tell me if it wasn't any good... I'm slightly paranoid have you noticed? Anyway I'm working through my baggage... I'll get there! I do have Manic/Depression and Borderline Personality disorder which fucks up my psyche sometimes.. like right now.. I"ve been Manic for over a week now.. and it's been crasy..
