Response to Malinda's "Experiment" challenge. The blue and white colours were the most interesting part of the original picture for me, so that's what I've enhanced here.
First I cropped a section of the photo, then rotated 90 degrees and added a motion blur, all in Photoshop. The colours of the original photo remain intact.
