It's beautiful...so simple in it's colors but it sure does packa punch! I love blue as well...one of my favorite colors. Keep up the good...no, GREAT work! You have inspired me. Thank you.

I also recently discovered that you can paint in the pool if you use embroidery paints - ha ha!

Nice, Morgaine. I love cobalt blue ... and yes, it does have a Van Gogh feeling to it!

Painting in bed! Well that just shot down all my excuses as far as having no space ... LOL!

Thanks Dab! I usually paint the board dark and then put the lighter colors on top. It's all paint - I used Sennelier Egg Tempera paints which are cool because they don't need a lot of noxious ingredients. I painted this in my bed, ha ha!

Morgaine...How beautiful and mysterious this painting is! I am very pleased that someone wanted to own this piece of stirring beauty!!

It looks very textural, especial the swirling movement around the moon! Brings to mind...Van Gogh!!!

Did you work from a dark ground and apply the white sparkling parts? Or did you paint around the the bright areas? Is it all painting or are there collage elements in it???
The swan is absolutely majestic!!!
Thank you for sharing your triumph with us, Morgaine...I am looking forward to seeing more of your paintings some day!!!
Sincerely, Dab
