It's very vain and silly of me but I'd choose Edwardian times just so I could wear those high-necked lace blouses women wore then. I'd have long hair piled up on top and wear wonderful laced up boots. I should have worn this type of get-up when I got married but I was into "simple elegance then", I wore a simple short cream silk dress with a round neck and short sleeves. Everyone loved my shoes, a bargain from a shoe outlet type place, they were strappy and pale gold. I'd like to haved played tennis, extremely well, in my Edwardian clothes. I haven't really a clue what it was really like then and I guess I'd tire of long skirts after a while.

Thanks for the prompt Carol.
I would have to say some time in the future. I think the kids today are starting to 'get it' and I think (hope) we have about reached our peak of insanity and things will get better.
We will have one world where there are no wars and people respect each other. More importantly they will respect the earth they live on. Industry will have slowed to a point where healing can occur. And, of course we would have running water and toilets that flush : )
