Hi everyone!
I thought I would give this a try again. Since I'm home for probably two more months, I think I can manage some kind of art! I got to paint last night (really late! Around 11p) . I wasn't trying to do anything fancy, just playing with the paint and brushes. I did this ambidextrously. Almost all of it was left handed, except the petals of the large flower. BTW, I'm right hand dominant. I know you guys know! lol...

Have a great day!

It is a gorgeous painting Lotus! Could be a nice book cover, if the size fits one of your journals or binders.

Hi everyone!
Sorry I disappeared (again!). I had my shot on Tuesday (cortizone shot in my neck) and I still feel terrible. Dizzy, neck is stiff, arm still numb and tingling... and a bit of pain on my left side now, but I'm thinking it's just cuz I'm stiff. Regardless, I still managed to make a doll! LOL! I sewed and stuffed the body, legs and arms for three dolls before the shot. Then I took a break for these past two days to recover. This afternoon, I finished one. Took me forever! It's not my usual work, but I think she came out pretty good.

Here's a close up:

I also decided to paint all three pairs of boots red. Here's a close up:

I'll continue to make the other two dolls and will post more pics later.

Having seen one of your dolls in the, er, "flesh", I can testify how brilliant they are, especially the attention to detail. Love the red shoes! Does she have a name?

Great to see you creating despite painful and difficult times. You're an inspiration Lotus. : )
