Here's where I'll post my creativity for October. I'd like to do something themed for the whole thirty days, maybe some photos, or poems or both, rather than just update my general creating each day. I'll be back soon with some ideas...

I've chosen a theme for my October thirty: Curve.

That other reply belonged up with the road pix. Oh well.

This one is fantastic! I love the shiny, smooth curves. I really do get the feeling of "sleek and racing" from these...

Dan, your theme and minimalistic writings are really inspired. I hope you don´t mind me calling them minimalistic. A little world in just six words or a haiku, amazing.

Thank you Heidi.

I have very strong minimalistic tendencies in lots of stuff I do. With haiku, six words, fifty word stories, they are so good for getting to the core of the emotion of the piece. You can read haikus or fifty word stories that are more moving and poignant than tumbling great poems or whole novels.

Great to see you by the way. : )

Great to be here ;-) I haven´t been around as much as I would like lately.

Also on Day ten - October 10th -

Decided to do a 3 hour writing mini marathon. Didn't quite make 3 hours, wrote about 2 and a half hours non stop, and came up with a 3000+ words article about relationships and inspiration and creativity and all kinds of things. Need to edit into smaller more manageable articles now!

Hmmmmm....
or compile it all into a BOOK...
LOL!

Yes, no one else online wants to hear it.
It's getting old...

OKAY. I'm sorry~
I'll give you a break about it.
Promise.

(For about fifteen short minutes...)

I remember writing on and off for 8 hours during my 30 day challenge a while ago. It is great to do. I'm glad you enjoyed your mini marathon Dan. Hoping some of the articles are headed CCS way.
Lots of love from susan in australia

Day eleven - October 11th

Been quite busy today, but stuff at home, catching up online etc.

Wrote a six worder for the curve theme:

the road curved, their tragedy inevitable.

Experimented a little with tealight candles and their shadows. Difficult to capture how I wanted. This about the best photo of their overlapping curves:

Also made a delicious tuna pasta bake, with a cheese and breadcrumb topping. One of my favourite dishes really.
