Hm, is there enough space here to recall all of my negative habits. I think this group will be a very appropriate one for me. To be mindful of my negative habits and then work to change them to more positive ones. Thanks for the image above, I do have to take the trash out now, only one bag, thank heavens. I am looking forward to this group, I feel it's a necessary one to help us on our path!!!
