Thanks for this, Lin. I've been tempted to find a "natural" healer in my area, but have been too chicken. I doubt there are any singing bowl healers here, maybe in Olympia.

Neat, Lin :) Did you feel anything during the playing of the bowls in the video? I did feel an internal vibration when he played the one focusing on the throat chakra ... starting at the throat and moving down through my chest into my belly.

You can feel the vibrations. Have you ever been present when they play crystal bowls, Barb? I got to play a heart bowl, and it was amazing. Your whole body seems to vibrate with it. Gorgeous sound.
