Message in a Bottle

This theme keeps "bobbing up" in my mind, i'm definitely going to do a Message in A Bottle Collage & if anyone feels inspired to join in the only criteria is: ANYTHING GOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i.e. any kind of collage, using whatever materials you wish..................

Angie, I am going to try this too. I am famous for getting half-way done on projects, but hopefully I will finish this one! I have some ideas. I am new to collage. I have one half-finished one (the Radical Red challenge). Maybe this will be my first completed collage. I will make that a goal. (I really need to get over to that Go for the Goal group!).

Thanks for the encouragement, Susan. I am going to try to focus on the "Keep it Simple" philosophy. I always get these grandiose ideas for projects, and then they get too overwhelming. They look good in my head, but require so much effort that I procrastinate and eventually give up even trying.

Maureen, I think keep it simple is a great idea. More gets done that way. I just do everything in baby steps and I get things done that way. Just a little bit each day.

I bet you can do this one Maureen. I can send you a sheet that has different bottles on it- will send it to anyone who wants it. It had the one I used only a different color. Also have lots of boat/ship pictures.

Heck, you may get re-inspired and decide to finish the red collage...

Actually, now that you mention it, I did start playing around with the red collage today! So my goal is to finish that and do this Message in a Bottle collage.

Thanks so much for offering to send me some art ... I think I have it pretty well pictured in my head, what I'm going to do, so I won't need any pics for this one. It will be ... different ... that's for sure :-).

Maureen, As you are half way through the red collage I think it would be great if you could finish it and post it. Hope you find the time. Remember just a few minutes can achieve lots with collage.
