Thanks, Lin-Baby, but it wasn't hard work at all.
It was a simple gesture of love for my CCS friends.
You guys have brought so much to my life, including creativity and acceptance.
I was telling someone about CCS...I said, "You know, sometimes you need someone who understands what you're going through when you're sitting there, staring at a blank canvas..."

Yay! Got my goodies and they're gorgeous- even better in person. I wasn't able to pick up all the colors especially in the glitter in Debb's and the irridescent fibers in Lin's.

The firefly is from Ninnie, Lin did "Be the butterfly", Boneita did "Dream", Debb did "Thunder and Lightning" (it says awesome) and Tina did "sole mio."

Beautiful collection! I still find the 'real' lighting bug as fascinating as the other (truly real) lightning bug :-)

Yay, another great collection. Lucky Shayla.
Would love to see the back of that firefly. With TyNinnie's agreement of course. Looks like Lin had a blast with that angelina fiber. I would like to know how Boneita made those dots. Beads? Crystals? Paint? I absolutely love thunder and lightening storms. Even when the power goes out. And Sole Mio is so fun looking.

Here you go Valerie the back not that there is much to see. The insides are the trick. I took some of those little battery operated LED tea lights apart, stacked 2 layers of foam core board together with a cut out spot for the "guts" and painted the whole thing up. Hope this answers some questions. It was really cool when it actually worked when I did the first one.

Yes...that was a very creative idea!!

Wow, brilliant. I will have to look up those tea lights. Thanks for explaining how you did this and showing the back.

I was so delighted when I saw them !
A lot of work put into these...
Great job!

Thanks girls they were such fun to do. I bought the tealights at the $ tree I think. But I have seen them there and at WalMart and Micheal's.

woo HOO! They are gorgeous!

Here are the lost ones...maybe they will still show up at DJ's or back here...If you see any of these being sold on ebay or something, let me know ASAP LOL...I always seem to make a joke :-) I guess anything worth taking seriously is worth making fun of...

Oh Jules, these are absolutely stunning. I can see why you are so anxious over these babies. Sending good thoughts out that these are found in safe hands.
Do you have bigger images? I would love to see these closeup and personal.
