Competition Corner Makeover?

I'm thinking that it might be good to expand the concept of the group to include feelings about exhibiting/showing, hurdles we face when we have to sell our work in some way as commercial artists or approach publishers if we are writers etc etc.

I think it would be nice if the group could have more of a discussion content and not just be a list of competitions to enter. I feel if this does not happen I probably will think of just deleting the group. (I certainly think the calendar has to go as we never could agree on what to put on it so never put anything on it at all!)

Do let me know what you think...all input extremely welcome!

I think that's a good idea to include discussion ... it always helps me to read others thoughts and sometimes leads to a big change in attitude.

Thanks for your thoughts, Barb. I had originally intended that there be discussion but it never happened much. Any ideas about how to make this a more obvious/prominent aspect of the group welcome!
