The origami swan is soooo gorgeous! I cannot wait to check out more of your origamis and sculptures Ben! BRAVO...I find Origami very very difficult to do...Kudos to those who have the special gift of understanding and creating beautiful origami!!! Love Dabs

Think length, width, and height. That's the z-axis, essentially. It's the line of height that takes something out of a piece of paper and turns it into a box.

Okay I was going to ask what on earth is Z axis ... and as soon as the words came out of my mouth, may mathematically inclined S.O. drew me a diagram. So I kinda sorta understand it now. Maybe. I know what 3-D means.

He also mentioned the T axis .. time ... which I feel is a construct of the human mind ...

I'll post a 3-D collage and try to learn what I can.

Yes, the swan is an origami crane that a classmate of mine did a few years ago.
