Looking through the keywords on my Google Analytics data (the phrases people type into Google then click through to come to CCS) has turned up some very intriguing and bizarre gems.

So I thought I'd list my favourite ones here and challenge you to use any or all of them as a creative prompt for a new story, ATC, drawing, a spontaneous stream of related thoughts, or anything else you're inspired to create.

In no particular order (and yes these are real search terms people have typed in that have led them to CCS!):

> listen to your mind or heart?

> i'm noticing synchronicities

> stuck in melted marshmallow barefoot

> no for obeying

> positive write up on we the couch potatoes

> hug yourself in a photo

> "man and boy" point of view

> crystal rock bang cai

> why do i doodle patterns all the time

> "the song of a bird in a winter storm"

Happy creating!

Dan

Yea -- the Pink Michelin Woman...couldn't find her, but I found those boots she loves so much. I'm sure they'd keep Barb's feet from getting too sticky in all that goo!!

I love this...I was looking into the same thing..."tag words" to optimize my website, but these are wonderful "stream of conciousness" searches I would have never thought of in a million years..thanks for sharing!! I'll ponder upon them while I create this week.

Yeah...I love stuck in a melted marshmellow barefoot

When I used to run an ebay store for a friend's vacuum cleaner business I always listed different wrong spellings...vacume...vaccume...vaceum...vaqume...vakume. I was always amazed how many found me that way.
One guy emailed me just to tell me I spelled vacuum wrong...my response "You found me" LOL

On a related topic, there are resourceful people on ebay who trawl for misspelled listings, pick up bargains (because the items have no or very few bids as no-one has found them - eg someone advertises a vacuum cleaner as a vacum cleaner) and resell them at a profit. Very enterprising!

You can use Google Adwords and other software/sites to generate all the common misspellings and use them as keywords in your website and ad campaigns...

Now I'm going to google Barb and Jules and DJ and Lin and...just to see how early they pop up!!

Okay ... me too ... Mary Hicks, you are being googled ... LOL

Wow, she's a fine artist, a musician, has entries for College of Liberal Arts at U of M ...

HA! Not me...

Barb and Lin showed up right away. The others, not so easily! For some reason, DJ brought up all kinds of music stuff... Jules just needs to be googled in private...I'll report on the rest of the list as it happens.
