Is it too idealistic to think that people can make money and for that creative process to be mostly about Peace in the World?

Why not? There has to be a few idealists out there to change the world, one thing at a time. Peace is a great ideal and one that benefits everyone. Cultivating peace, instead of fearing war is what will make a difference. When we do something we love and persevere, money will come. So don't give up your high ideals for peace in the world!

We can bring our creativity filled with healing energy and light out into the world. Positive energy affects the universe. I hope that first and foremost that my art will do that. And doing what you love and are passionate about gifts you with money. But peace first....... I believe there are lots of peaceful types here at CCS and feel they are already making a difference in gifting the world with their creative presence.
Do you have some peaceful creative pieces to share here?

Great topic, Paul, by the way!

I just had an odd thought about this. If money equals power and the money/power makes the rules- would it not be great if the creative spiritual peaceful mind- had the money?
Or would having the money change the ideal?

I just listened to a teleconference call by Marney Makridakis, founder of a very successful art web site on line called Artella. The topic was “The Complete Idealist’s Guide to Growing a Creative Business” :) Yes, it's an ideal time for creative people to follow their passions and create an income doing what they love best.
